Carlos Herrera is enjoying a well-deserved summer vacation after a long and challenging season on his show "Herrera en Cope." The popular journalist has taken advantage of the weeks to visit several regions, including Andalusia, Catalonia, the Valencian Community, and Murcia.

A time of leisure and relaxation, with the culinary aspect of the show being one of the highlights. The host shares some of his most satisfying culinary experiences with his 425,000 Instagram followers.

This is the case of Venta Guadalest, located at Avenida de Alicante, number 1, in El Castell de Guadalest (Alicante). A long-standing establishment where you can enjoy its dishes.

This is how he summed up his visit to the establishment with the following post: "Guadalest. The Alicante mountains where you can breathe the fresh air. I recommend Venta Guadalest. Magnificent." The owners of the establishment responded with much gratitude: "A pleasure to have you here in Guadalest."

This restaurant opened its doors 20 years ago, on July 29, 2005. This is the philosophy that fuels Venta Guadalest: "The idea is to convey the passion we feel for our work, highlighting everything around us, championing local produce, but reinventing ourselves with new trends. Simple but quality food in La Venta, and peace of mind."

At this establishment, you can choose from either the à la carte or set menu. There are two options: the Terra menu, which costs 30 euros and is served only at lunchtime, and the Arrels menu, which costs 40 euros and is served in the evening.
